6、 由投资各方授权代表签署的企业协议、合同和章程；

7、 投资各方的营业执照复印件（境外个人投资者提交身份证明文件）；

8、 投资各方法定代表人或授权代表的资格证明或身份证明文件；

9、 投资各方的资信证明；

10、企业的董事会成员名单、高级管理人员名单及任职或身份证明文件；

4, Sole foreign-invested enterprise approved by the county government

5, The reversing documents by the local Foreign Economic and Trade Bureau

6, The Agreement, Contract and Regulatons subscribed by the authorized delegates of all the parts.

7, The copy of Business License of all the parts (the personal investor should submit his ID certificate).
